VENDOR  BOOTH                         


MINIMUM DONATION   $ 25.00 and up

 

  • set up event day starts @ 6:00am must be ready by 6:30am to greet guests 
  • must provide own 10x10 canopy, signage, and POS system
  • must provide own table, chairs and must remain set up throughout the event 11am
  • Must complete Vendor Application – so no compete businesses are set up next to one another.

DONATION starts at $50.00 to be featured on cooling towels and space is limited to how many donors that can be featured due to space/size available.

  • These items are featured in full color with sponsorship spots available to select donors.
  • Logo imprint size approximately 3" x 4" - size may vary depending on shape and increase, if design size permits to enlarge. Full towel size 40" x 12"
  • Add your Family name or Business name to our custom event participant swag items.
  • Our Elite Sponsors will be featured on these along with YOU.
  • Something unique to get he word out about your business or dedicate to a family member because this item can be used daily, and fits any lifestyle.
  • Participants may purchase these items on the race registration page as an add - on when registering and some may get them as part of their race day division award.
